33: The Return of Me

Hello peeps!

I'm back to blog more right now.
Still nothing much on myself.

I've graduated ... almost a year?
I done my last paper of my last semester in June 2015 and..
Let's see, I started my job in Boon Siew Honda in Batu Kawan since July 2015
Quite fast right?

People might think, do you have your final semester trip before you jump into working world.
Yes, I do have.
Have short getaway with uni-mates to Pulau Redang.
It is fun, relax and the view is beautiful.
I wish to go there again. Love the scenery

We have so much fun snorkeling and soaking ourselves into the pool, as well as the ocean.
For the first time, seeing under the sea. 

Is amazing, yet excited as this is our first time.

Is scary too but we slowly get used to it.

Let's get back to BSH.

Guess what, BSH is my third interview location and I got accepted immediately after the interview in the morning.

Yippe!

Basically, I got hired as a HR Execuctive, taking care of Recruitment Section.

At first, it is not an easy job (Nothings come easy, right?)

Slowly, I get used to the pace and the flow.

Well, a Japanese company wants their staffs to think out of the box.

I can't do so at first, slowly with guidance from my colleagues, TL, AM and also my Director,

Slowly I changed myself, to think further and better

My job basically is looking for new potential staffs.

Going through numerous of interviews with the candidates, seeing various kind of experiences, listening to their conversations

Make me see more of people out there, of how real world looks like.

Other than that, there are numbers of monthly reports need to be done and settle before dateline.

The moment to learn some time management

I also need to take care those who wants to resign 

Need to interview them for their leaving reasons

Quite weird right? But this is because we want to improve our operational method

All their feedback are very important to us

Guess what,
I left BSH on Jan 2016, right on my birthday.
Reasons? Choose to work with my relatives. Not due to any other reasons, but just merely wish to help relatives in her business.
Of course, BSH colleagues won't want to believe it.
Well, no choice then

Oh ya, before I forget,
Thank you for my BSH colleagues in celebrating my last day as well as my birthday.
Thank you for the cake, and of course, thank you for making me cry :D

Let's start with my new job.
Started my new job on 7th Jan 2016, a day after my birthday.
When I started, honestly I don't know what is my job role.
Marketing staff? Aftersales Service staff? Customer Service staff? No idea.
Slowly, I adapt to the new job here and..
Basically, I'm handling everything, almost
Marketing, attending customers, place bikes and parts ordering, warranty claim, etc etc

The only thing I have yet to touch is selling bikes. (Hope I don't need too :P)
Before I forget again, I'm currently working in BMW Motorrad authorised dealership
Which sells bikes, not cars

Thanks to this job, I meet more people everyday
And I realised my attitude towards people is not same anymore
Well, I still myself but I able to communicate well with strangers.
Not in cool way, but in friendly way
And I realised, this is the correct attitude that a person should have.

Before I started this job, people asked why you want to jump from a big company to a small company?
Well, there's advantages and disadvantages of working in small company.
It depends on which side you would like to focus on
For me, I would want to learn and explore more.
This able to add knowledge in myself and learn what we can't learn in high school or even degree life.
Not to say in BSH I can't learn anything
But different environment allows you to learn different things.

I have worked in my relative place for almost half year,
Which mean almost a year I left Uni life and almost a year I in working life
There's a lot knowledge I have learned in this year, which I can't get in degree life
And there's more to learn in my upcoming days.
All I need to do is stay focus, work hard and of course, be concentrated in your upcoming days
Learn to be confident, concentrate, smart, manage time and much more

32. The making of Tang Yuan ♥

We managed to make "tang yuan" at our hostel!
I went to buy those ingredients after my class during the afternoon.
Went for badminton game with my friends before we start doing our "tang yuan"
Joyce came over my hostel to do those "tang yuan" and she's expert in that.

We start by doing the sugar water first by using pandan leaf and sugar.
Then, we start doing the dough and the "tang yuan"

31. Blood Donation - Part Two

Yes!
At last I did it.
I manage to donate my blood this afternoon.
Feel so happy about it..
Was afraid at first because it was my first time donating my blood
Afraid of the pain.
Afraid that will I faint.
But I manage to go through the process without having any problems
I don't feel dizzy at all after donating :D
And thanks to my friend who accompany me back to PPIPT :D

I shall donate again next time :D
Will be back.. hehe~

30. Dinner with foster family ♥

Had a wonderful night this weekend.
Last two weekend before we facing our FINAL!!

Countdown start : 15 days

Godpa treat us seafood as our dinner <3 p="p">Big prawn. Big fishes. Crab. Fried squid. "He Kor Bak". Long beans
7 types of dishes and it's in big size of serving.
All of us ate until bloated.
I'm getting fatter and I need to go for exercise again.
Gym perhaps?
Or maybe badminton games
Hehe~

We went back to their house and had a short chit-chat.

Even we are awkward still, but they still treat us very friendly and like their own daughters.

29. Blood Donation

Woke up early in the morning due to Blood Donation event at KKI Simpang Empat.
Excitedly went down with my housemates and end up failed to donate blood.
The officer said my blood pressure is too low.
I was like "erm..ok"

Patricia was having same situation with me but she was due to anemia
Sad :(

We end up waiting the rest of our housemates to finish up their donation process.
Seeing those big long needle makes me feel scare even it's not me who gonna donate blood.
But I don't have the chance.

I wanted to donate blood and not just that. I wanted to donate organs as well but I had no chance to apply for it yet
Well, I shall wait for the chances ^^

Alright, it's time to say bye and start studying already. Mathematics Test 2 is on tomorrow and I haven't start anything yet. Gotta go now.. Bye ^^

28: UniMAP

Got myself stuck in UniMAP for degree course and is BUSINESS course
p/s: I hate it!
And it is for 3 years.. :(

Alright, let me show you how I survived here since September 2012
As new intake, we need to attend MSK for one week.
It's freaking boring as there's no activities other than talks!
Talk and talk and talk.
All of us keep sleeping during those talks due to lack of sleep.
Imaging we need to wake up early in the morning like 5am and only get to sleep at 1am?
OMG!

Well, started my class at PPIPT
My Monday schedule is from 8am to 4pm
Tuesday schedule is from 8.30am to 6pm
Wednesday schedule is from 8am to 2pm
Thursday schedule is from 8am to 4.30pm
Friday has no class

Kinda pack for me and gotta get use to it
But Sem1 is gonna end soon
Which mean FINAL is coming REAL SOON!!!

this few days I've been thinking...
Why why why..

why i have to face this situation?
yes, im working..
but i dont work 12hrs per day..
which mean i got free time..
but, why choose that time to carry out that activities?
why cant just wait me?
WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just don't get it.. :(
feel sad, alone, fed up and lots more..

i know i should keep it to myself..
and im not blaming for whats happening
it just, im too sad i guess.

No 23 [Trip to KL ♥~Part 2]

Day 3

Woke up at 5.30am cause need to go to temple at 6.30am..
Going there as volunteer to help out their event which is EduCare
It's about giving school attire, bag and stationary to the needy
Eric, Alex and me were place in the same group which is checking those students' IC/MyKid, slip and school attire
At first was very busy cause there are more than 1000 students taking their stuff
Some students without IC/MyKid/slip and some were without school uniform
We had to bring them to another counter to get different form
At around 10.30am, situation was getting better as most of the students were sitting on their places

During end of the ceremony, all parents were busy finding for their children and some students were lost
We had to make an announcement to find their parents
Pity them~
They were so scare till they almost cried out

The event end at 12.00pm
And we had our lunch there
We get cert too xD

And I'm staying at home do nothing -.-
Dad and Mum are going back tonight
And me, will go Genting tomorrow morning
Wee~~

No 22 [Trip to KL ♥~Part 1]

Lets start with my trip to KL.. Wee~~

Day 1 [suppose to be night]

Reached K.Lumpur yesterday night around 11.15pm
Freaking tired -.-
Trying to sleep early but end up talking with my cousin till don't know what time..opps

Day 2

Woke up early morning to go walk around KL

Start our early day at Sungei Wang with my parents and cousins ♥
Walk around while waiting for my another cousins..
Around 12.00pm we met with my cousins and their mum..
Went and had our lunch.. Full~~

Next, we went walked around Pavillion [It's nearby]
Saw a lot of bears of different design from different country

Today I suppose to go and watch movie with a bunch of my friends

Guess what?
We ate a lot of junk food there BUT we did buy some

Argghh~~

Thought that can enjoy my day tomorrow with friends at Qb

But can't

At first, when I wanna book the movie ticket, it was fully booked and I had to buy them stright

But then, I can't cause I didn't sign up maybank2u

So, I went to nearest ATM to register

Came back, I quickly book as there's not much places left

But they request for my number so they can send TAC for me

To do that, I need to go to bank and settle with the officer

WTF~~

We end up watching in Sunway tomorrow

It's a Nasi Lemak Day!!

Bought nasi lemak for classmates to eat during recess..

Then went for a movie called Nasi Lemak 2.0 after school with friends :D

Thean Leng, Cui Yee, Cheah Chin, Teng Kai, Wui Sheng, Wendy and her Bf

It is a nice movie..

Funny and some parts are scary LOL

Was laughing when hearing all those WEIRD WEIRD name and songs

HAHA~

And the way they put the scary effect kinda creepy too..

Never know that there will be scary part in this movie

Overall, it's just about unity. If all races can live in harmony, the country will in peace..

Isn't this is what all of us want?

No 18 [9th of September - ZengKin's Birthday Celebration]

Finally, I have time to blog after so long :D

Let's start with ZengKin's birthday celebration

We planned his birthday celebration a week before his birthday [i guees xD]

At first, JunWei suggest to have it after PA Seminar on Saturday which is his birthday

He thought of going out for lunch after the seminar

But, Wednesday, Dr Dhanapal told us that PA Seminar had bring forward to Friday

Thus, we make his celebration on Friday after school at Jusco

But during that day, few problems occur.

1st, JunWei need to go back early as he needs to visit doctor

2nd, the most important person for the day said he need to go back to his old school to collect 1119 cert with his friends

So we asked TseShean to tell Zengkin that he need to go to Jusco to get something

And thank god, Zengkin didn't suspect anything and he can delay his time :D

We gather at McDonald to wait for CheeBeng to come

While waiting, the boys were too hungry and they bought McDonald meals
